Demolish & Build 3 is a first-person simulation game from developer and publisher Gaming Factory, and it has officially launched on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. This new entry in the series tasks you with becoming the owner of a demolition company, taking on contracts, and growing your business for £14.99.

You Are The Boss
In Demolish & Build 3, you start your career with just a small plot of land and a simple shack. Your main tasks involve demolishing and building various structures by accepting contracts from customers. The money you earn can be reinvested into your company, allowing you to buy new equipment, powerful vehicles, and expand your business empire.
Breaking walls, cutting roofs, and leveling land are your daily bread. You’ll have access to a wide array of diverse tools and equipment, from a simple sledgehammer to giant excavators. The construction site is yours to command.
You can drive numerous vehicles, all with detailed models and sounds, from either a cabin or third-person perspective. Some vehicles, like the Excavator, even include several different attachments like shears or jackhammers to help with more specialised tasks.
The Most Realistic Approach
Demolish & Build 3 features a brand new, realistic demolition model. Every tool, vehicle, and fragment is physically simulated, and all parts of the structures interact with each other.
This means that getting rid of a few strategically placed elements can cause an entire building to collapse in a satisfying display of destruction.
